Orders placed weekdays before 1pm are shipped the same day, orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are shipped the following business day. Please note that all time estimates are business days.

    Uncollected parcels

    If the customer fails to collect the sent items and Brown Avenue receives the package in return due to a customer error, a fee of 199 SEK is charged if Brown Avenue is to send the package again.


    We hope you like the item you ordered as much as we do, but if something isn’t right, no worries.

    Just let us know by sending an email to please note that we would like your when communicating with us. We will send out a return label to ship back your selected item from the original order.

    You can exchange items up to 30 days after receiving your order. You can return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Returns and exchanges are free of charge*

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging without damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

    * Please note that the free return policy does not apply for discounted items. For items on sale, a shipping fee of 199 kr will be deducted from your refunded total to cover the cost of the return shipment.

    Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to:

    • Items have any signs of wear or the slightest sign of stains
    • Items have any smell of perfume, smoke or suchlike
    • Items with removed tags


    Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged during transport.


    If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.


    Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 14 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full refund on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.


    According to EU privacy law GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we have a privacy policy on what kind of information we process from our customers and how we manage it.

    What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

    When placing an order at we solely collect the information you provide us with that is necessary for the placing and dispatch of your order.

    The information that is collected is your name and address for the delivery of your order together with your billing address. We also collect your email and phone number in order to contact you when your order has been dispatched and is ready for delivery. This information is collected and managed so that we can fulfill our part of the contract with you. The information collected is used to provide you with a good shopping experience.

    If you sign up to our newsletter we will also add your email address to our newsletter list and it will be kept there until you, at any time, unsubscribes by following the link at the bottom of the newsletter or get in contact with our customer support team at, asking us remove your email from that specific list.

     The reason for collecting and processing this data and information is because we have a contract with you ,i.e., to deliver your purchases or Brown Avenue newsletter, or to provide you with other services you have requested. We will also use your personal data to send you sales and marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you if we have your explicit consent for this activity. You can opt out from our newsletter at any time.

    For how long do we keep your data?

    We will only retain your personal data as long as it is necessary for us to fulfill our commitment due to contract between us and our customers. This means that we will store order history and any mail correspondence for at least 1 year to make sure that we have all information necessary for any complaint or similar actions.

     Any correspondence containing personal data or information provided by you through email or text message or any other technical means of communications will be deleted as soon as the errand, for which reason we obtained this information, has been closed and sorted.

    The data collected during your purchase on are retained in accordance with the Swedish tax law (seven years in Sweden), while the data used to send you our newsletter are retained until you ask to be unsubscribed.
