SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 1–3 days
• Europe: 2–6 days
• Rest of the world: 2–8 days

Shipping costs

• Sweden: DHL Service Point – 49 SEK (free for orders over 1500 SEK)
• Europe: DHL – 9.5 € (free for orders over 150 €)
• Rest of the world: UPS – $30

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to the customer not collecting it, a reshipping fee of 199 SEK will be charged.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right – no worries.
Just email us at info@brown-avenue.com and include your order number. We’ll send you a return label for your exchange or return.

• You can exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• You can return items for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns and exchanges are free of charge*

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these requirements.

*Please note: The free return policy does not apply to discounted items.
For sale items, a return shipping fee of 199 SEK will be deducted from your refund.

Items not eligible for return/exchange:

• Items showing any signs of wear or stains
• Items with perfume, smoke, or other odors
• Items with removed tags

Responsibility:
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure they are securely packed.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your item is damaged upon delivery, contact us and the delivery company within 7 days.
Provide details of the damage and the claim number from the delivery company.
We’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Under EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
A full refund will be issued if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with GDPR, we handle your personal data with care and transparency.

What we collect and why:
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it:

• Name, address, email, and phone number
  This allows us to fulfill our agreement with you and keep you updated about your order.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email will be stored until you unsubscribe, either through the link at the bottom of the email or by contacting info@brown-avenue.com

We only use your data to deliver purchases, send newsletters, or provide services you’ve requested.
You can unsubscribe at any time.

Data retention:

• Order information is kept for at least 1 year, and as required by Swedish tax law, up to 7 years.
• Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe.
• Any correspondence is deleted once the matter is resolved.
