Uncollected parcels
Parcels that are not collected are returned to us. If you would like us to send it again, a fee of 199 SEK applies.
Transport damage
If the parcel is damaged on delivery, contact us and the carrier within 7 days. State what is damaged and the case number from the carrier's claim, and we will send a new product.
