AI Transparency

We want to be open about how and where we use artificial intelligence. This page describes what we do, what we don't do and how it affects you as a customer.

• Customer service: AI may suggest replies to our team and answer simple questions about delivery and opening hours. You can always ask to speak to a person.
• Search and recommendations: products under "Recommended" and in search may be ranked with the help of AI based on what you have viewed.
• Text and translation: some product descriptions and translations are produced with AI assistance and reviewed by us before publication.
• Imagery: all our models are real people and all garments are photographed. AI may be used to edit backgrounds and environments in campaign and lifestyle images, but never to create or alter the garments or the models.

• We make no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects for you, such as credit decisions. Those are made by our payment providers under their terms.
• We do not train our own AI models on your personal data.

When AI is used in customer service or for recommendations, data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our AI providers are not permitted to use your data to train their models.
