Does cashmere itch?

No. Cashmere fibres are much finer than ordinary wool, and our Royal Cashmere is finer still at 15.2 microns. That is why it feels smooth against the skin even without a shirt underneath.

Which is better, merino or cashmere?

Cashmere is softer, warmer and lighter for its warmth. Merino is stronger, breathes better and takes daily wear. Choose cashmere for the softest sweater you own, merino for the one you wear every day.

How do I wash a cashmere sweater?

Air it between wears. Wash on a wool programme at 30 degrees or by hand, dry flat and fold it rather than hang it. Remove pilling with a cashmere comb.

How should a crewneck fit?

Close to the body without being tight, with the shoulder seam on the shoulder and the hem at the belt. Choose your usual size. For a more relaxed fit, size up.
