Returns and exchanges

The garment must be unworn, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging with tags attached. We cannot accept garments with signs of wear, stains or the scent of perfume or smoke. The return is your responsibility until it reaches us, so pack it well.

For discounted items, 199 SEK is deducted from the refund for return shipping.

If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, you have the right under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act to make a claim within 3 years. Email info@brown-avenue.com with your order number, a description of the fault and clear photos, and we will offer a replacement, repair or refund.
